We offer a wide line of catering services to fit your tastes and budget. From Dessert and Coffee Bar events to Heavy Hors d' oeuvres and everything in between, you will find what you are looking for with us. All of our events are customized for your discretionary tastes. - Light Hors d' oeuvres: Seasonal fruit display, Cheese & Cracker Display, Fresh Vegetable Crudités,
Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Southwestern Salsa & Chips - Heavy Hors d' oeuvres: Hawaiian Chicken Salad on Buttery Croissants, Shaved Honey Roasted Ham on Yeast Rolls,
Chicken Teriyaki Skewers, Marinated Pork or Beef Tenderloin - Buffet Items: Assorted Salads, Mimi's Macaroni & Cheese, Assorted Meats and Vegetables
- Coffee Bar: Regular and/or Decaf Coffee served with/or without assorted Monin flavored syrups. Chocolate "Shot" machine is also optional to make mochas. (See Fondue Stations for additional info on the Chocolate Shots.)
